Carrot-beetroot juice is a very healthy, tasty and refreshing juice. It is the best detox drink. Both carrot and beetroot have anti-inflammatory properties. Adding a glass of juice to our diet is very important for our health.
Wash and peel the carrots and beetroot. And cut them into medium pieces according to the size of the juicer feeder. You can also cut them into small pieces and use a grinder jar for juicing.
Now run the carrot and beetroot pieces through a juicer. Pour into a glass and serve.
If using a grinder, add ½ cup of water with chopped carrot and beetroot. Grind it and strain the juice using a large strainer. Pour the juice into a glass and serve the juice.
Notes
Refrigerate carrots and beetroot before juicing for a cold juice.
Avoid adding ice cubes in a juice. It reduces the nutrients in a juice, also changes the taste of juice.
