White sauce pasta or Béchamel Sauce Pasta is a very easy, tasty, and popular recipe. To make a perfect white sauce pasta recipe, our white sauce must be perfect. White sauce is a base and a key element of this recipe.
Add butter to a pan. Add all-purpose flour in it, and stir continuously on low flame.
Cook the mixture until it becomes foamy & starts to change color while bubbling.
Add milk slowly in small batches to it, and stir continuously to avoid lumps formation. Don’t use warm milk for making white sauce.
Now let it cook on low flame, and stir occasionally. Until it becomes creamy and thick enough to coat on pasta.
Now turn off the flame and transfer the white sauce to a bowl. Keep it aside.
Boiling pasta:
Boil the 6 cups of water. Add ½ tablespoon of salt and ½ tablespoon of oil in it. Now, Add pasta to the boiling water.
Cook the pasta on medium flame. Don’t cook it completely, it should be a little undercook. As we are going to cook it again with white sauce.
Now, transfer the boiled pasta to a strainer and keep it aside.
Making White Sauce Pasta or Béchamel Sauce Pasta:
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Add chopped capsicum, carrot, and boiled corn to it. And saute it on a medium-high flame until it becomes tender and a little crunchy. Add salt as per taste and mix well.
Add boiled pasta to the vegetables, and give it a good mix.
Finally, add white sauce to it. And mix vegetables and pasta with white sauce. If the consistency of the sauce is very thick at this stage, then add 2-3 tablespoons of water to it.
