Apple juice is one of the refreshing and tasty juices. Juices without sugar are good for health. Apples are good for weight loss and heart health. Including fresh and homemade juices in everyday routine is very important for our health. I use a juicer, to maintain the everyday juicing routine. Juicer helps to make juice in minutes.

  • 4 Apples small

Instructions
 

  • Wash apples under running water.
  • If using a juicer, cut apples into 4 parts. If using a blender cut apples into smaller parts and remove seeds. Before cutting apples keep your juicer or blender ready, as the apple turns brown quickly after cutting.
  • Add apples to a juicer or blender and run the machine.
  • If using a blender, pour the juice in a large strainer and strain it. If using a juicer no need to strain the juice.
  • Serve tasty apple juice immediately.
