A glass of fresh orange juice is heaven. It is very refreshing and delicious. Orange juice is a source of multiple nutrients, like folate, potassium and vitamin C. Orange juice is a strong antioxidant and may prevent chronic conditions.
Peel the oranges and remove white membranes for better taste. Freeze oranges before juicing, if you prefer cold juice.

Method 2: Orange juice without a juicer.
Peel the oranges and divide them into segments. Remove white membranes for better taste. Freeze oranges before juicing, if you prefer cold juice.
Add orange segments in a blender or mixture jar. Also, add 1/4th cup of water to it and run the machine.
Now pour this mixture into a strainer and strain the orange juice with help of a spoon.
