Cucumber And Beetroot Salad

Cucumber and beet salad is a very easy and quick recipe. We can make it in minutes with few ingredients. This simple salad recipe contains raw cucumber, beetroot and pomegranate with curd.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cucumbers [small]
  • 1 beetroot [medium]
  • 1 pomegranate [small]
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup curd

Instructions
 

  • Peel cucumbers and beetroot. Chop it into small pieces using a knife or chopper. Transfer it to a large bowl.
  • Cut the pomegranate into 4 parts and separate pomegranate seeds with fingers. Add it to the same bowl.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and ¼ teaspoon of salt to it. Mix well.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of fresh curd to it. Mix it well.
  • Serve the healthy cucumber-beetroot salad.
