Paneer is a fresh Indian cheese. It is very easy recipe to make at home, prepared by curdling a milk. To curdle the milk, we can use lemon juice, curd or vinegar. If we are using lemon juice to curdle the milk for making paneer, then we have to wash the paneer properly, to remove the sourness of lemon from it.
Most of the time, homemade paneer cubes melt while cooking in gravy. Here, I am sharing a perfect paneer cube recipe that will not melt in gravy.
We can prepare several dishes from paneer like Quick Paneer Bhurji Recipe, Paneer Paratha Recipe, Easy Paneer Potato Balls, Restaurant Style Paneer Butter Masala Recipe, Matar Paneer Recipe and Easy Palak Paneer Recipe.
