Banana milkshake is a very delicious, creamy and stomach filling drink. It is the best energy booster when we feel low or tired. Banana milkshake is a pack of vitamins and various nutrients. It will go well with a light breakfast. I prefer to consume homemade banana milkshake in the morning.
Banana milkshake is prepared using ripe bananas, milk and sweeteners. Different variations can be made by adding ice cream, cocoa powder or whipping cream. In this recipe, I used very basic ingredients and added dry fruits for adding more nutrition to the banana milkshake. Try this easy and healthy banana milkshake recipe at home.

- 2 banana [large]
- 2 cups milk
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 5 almonds
- 5 cashews
Instructions
- Peel and chop bananas into medium-sized pieces. Add it to a grinder or mixture jar.
- Also, add almonds, cashews and sugar to it. You can soak almonds prior.
- We can replace sugar with honey or dates.
- Grind it for a few seconds. Add milk to it and grind again for 5-6 seconds. I prefer to use cold milk to avoid ice cubes in a banana milkshake.
- Pour the banana milkshake into a glass and serve it.
