Corn chaat is a quick, healthy and tasty Indian snack recipe. It is prepared with sweet corn, chopped vegetables and aromatic spices. We can add chopped cucumber and beetroot to corn chaat to make it more nutritious. Corn chaat is a healthy and light snack with a tangy taste.

Corn Chaat Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- ½ teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- coriander leaves
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Boil the corn for around 5-7 minutes. Then drain them.
- Now, heat a pan, and add butter to it. Once butter melted add boiled corn kernels to it. You can replace butter with ghee.
- Saute it for 3-4 minutes on medium flame. Then add red chili powder, chaat masala and salt to taste into it.
- Mix and saute it for a minute. Then add finely chopped onion, chopped tomato, coriander leaves and lemon juice into it.
- Mix it well. Turn off the flame and serve the tasty corn chaat.
How to make tasty corn chaat at home:
