We can make juice with or without sugar, but orange juice without sugar provides more health benefits. - Peel the oranges and remove white membranes for better taste. Freeze oranges before juicing, if you prefer cold juice.
- No need to divide them into segments, as orange fits in a juicer feeder. Add peeled oranges to a juicer feeder and extract the juice. Serve refreshing orange juice immediately.
