Sukat recipe | sukat chi chutney is a simple Indian dried fish recipe. It is easy to make and takes less cooking time. Sukat is also known as jawala or dried tiny shrimp. We can buy the sukat prior and store it in an air-tight container. Dried shrimp are very affordable and easily available.
While making sukat, we start by roasting it to remove the smell of dried fish. Also, we have to clean it properly before using it. Dried shrimp chutney adds a flavor to a meal. I prefer to make it with soft rotis. We can also serve it with bhakri or jawar roti. To make tasty dried shrimp chutney follow the below instructions written with step-by-step pictures.
