Bhel Puri [Mumbai Street Style Chaat]

Take 1&1/2 cup of crisp puffed rice in a bowl. Dry roast them if required.

Add boiled potato pieces, chopped tomato, chopped onion, a handful of chopped coriander leaves and salt to it.

Add 1 teaspoon of red chili powder and sprinkle some chaat masala on it. Mix well.

Add sweet chutney, green chutney and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice to it.

Mix it well. Then add 4 tablespoons of nylon sev and crush 3-4 papadi or golgappa puris in it.

Mix it well. Adjust the amount of sev and papadi according to your choice.
