Quick Dahi Puri Chaat Recipe

Peel and cut the boiled potato into medium-sized pieces. Also, chop the onion and tomato finely. Keep it aside.

Gently make a hole on the top surface of each puri and arrange them in serving plate.

I am using ready-to-fry puris here. Now, add 2-3 pieces of boiled potato in each puri.

Now, add finely chopped onion pieces to each puri.

Add green spicy chutney after onion. To make green chutney, grind green chilies, coriander and mint leaves together.

Then add around 1/2 tablespoon of sweet curd to each puri. Curd use in dahi puri should be thick.

Add a little nylon sev in each puri. Again add 1/2 tablespoon of sweet curd to each puri

Lastly add ample nylon sev on it. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve homemade dahi puri.
