Crispy Corn is a crunchy snack recipe, perfect for morning or evening snack. It is prepared with sweet corn kernels coated with all-purpose flour and rice flour.
Boil the corn kernels for 3-4 minutes until they become slightly tender. Then, transfer them to a strainer to drain the excess water from corn kernels.
Now, take a wide bowl, add corn kernels, 1 teaspoon of red chili powder and 1 teaspoon of chaat masala to it. Mix it well.
Then, add 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons of rice flour and salt to taste it.
Mix it well. Here you can also add pepper powder.
Now, Heat the oil for deep frying corn. Drop them in oil and fry on medium flame, until they become crispy.
Then transfer them to a kitchen towel to soak excess oil.
Serve hot crispy corn by garnishing it with coriander leaves and chopped onion.
