An egg omelet is a basic breakfast dish, which is famous in almost every region. There are a lot of variations we can make with different combinations of vegetables in egg omelets.
Break an egg in a bowl, and add 2 pinch of salt to it. Mix and beat it with the help of a fork.
Heat a pan and add butter to it. Once the butter is melted add 1/4 tablespoon of cumin seeds, chopped onion and chili to it. Also, add a little salt and saute it until onion becomes translucent.
Now add chopped tomato to it and saute it for a minute.
Once the tomato becomes mushy, spread the sauteed ingredients on a pan and add the egg mixture to it. Spread it evenly.
Let it cook on a low flame. Flip and roast it from both sides.
