  • 1 Pineapple [medium-sized]
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Take a medium-size pineapple. Cut it into small pieces. It yields around 2 cups. If you prefer cold juice, Keep pineapple pieces in a fridge for some time.
  • Add pineapple pieces, 2 tablespoons of sugar and a pinch of salt to a grinder jar.
  • Grind it for a minute.
  • Now add a ¼th cup of water and grind it again in a smooth juice.
  • Strain the juice using a large strainer or cotton cloth.
  • Pour it into a glass and serve it immediately.

Notes

1. Adding ice cubes to a juice, decrease its nutrients and also changes the taste of juice.
2. Store pineapple pieces in a refrigerator, before juicing for cold juice.
