Aloo paratha is an Indian breakfast recipe. Aloo paratha is mainly a Punjabi dish. It is made up of spicy aloo stuffing stuffed inside the wheat flour flatbread. Different types of Parathas are made in India, which are healthy and tasty.
There are two ways to make aloo paratha, a stuffed potato paratha as shared in this blog post with stepwise pictures. Another way is to knead atta [wheat flour] by mixing mashed potatoes and spices. Well, the second way is very quick and easy. But stuffed parathas always turned like dhaba-style parathas. I make both types of paratha, stuffed and not stuffed according to the time.
