Banana Grape Smoothie Recipe

Smoothies can be the best nutritious breakfast option for busy mornings. And delicious way to boast your energy or for mid-snack hunger. There are various smoothie variations, but a banana and grape smoothie is one of my favorite combinations to start the day. It has a super tangy and sweet taste and it is easy to make. I prefer to use red or black grapes to make this smoothie, sometimes I make a banana green grape smoothie as well.

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana small
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 2 Dates seedless
  • 2 almonds soaked

Instructions
 

  • Add banana slices, grapes, dates and soaked almonds in a blender jar. Blend it until it becomes smooth.
  • Now add yogurt and blend again for a minute.
  • Finally, add milk and blend it. Serve the healthy banana grape smoothie.

Notes

  • Freeze the grapes for an hour before making a smoothie for adding extra taste and ice flavor.
  • We can replace dates with sugar.
  • You can add more dry fruits to make the smoothie more nutritious.
  • Yogurt is optional. It provides thickness and a creamy texture to the smoothie. We can make banana and grape smoothie without yogurt.
  • Use chilled milk to enjoy the cold smoothie.
  • We can replace red grapes with green grapes to make a banana green grape smoothie.
