Bharli mirchi fry is a combination of two different recipes bharli mirchi and mirchi fry. We can call it as bharli mirchi pakora as well. I like bharli mirchi stuffed with peanut powder masala. So, to add little crispiness to this recipe, I fried this bharli mirchi in a gram flour and rice flour mixture.
It is the best side dish with any curry or dal. You can serve it with chapati or bhakri. Chilies used in this recipe are not spicy. Use thick chilies which are very less spicy for making a stuffed green chili fry recipe.
