Quick Paneer Bhurji Recipe
Ingredients
- 100 grams paneer [crumbled]
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 2 onion
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tomato
- 2 teaspoons red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon kasuri methi.
- salt to taste
- handful coriander leaves
Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan. Add a teaspoon of cumin seeds to it. Once cumin seeds start crackling add chopped onion to it.
- Once the onion turns translucent, add 1 teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste to it. Saute it for a minute.
- Now, add chopped tomato to it and cook it until the tomato becomes mushy.
- Add 2 teaspoons of red chili powder, 1 teaspoon of garam masala, 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder and a teaspoon of crushed kasuri methi.
- Mix it well and saute for a minute on low flame.
- Now, add crumbled paneer and salt to it. And, combine it well with the help of a spatula.
- Add finely chopped coriander and cook it for a couple of minutes.
- Turn off the flame and serve hot paneer bhurji with soft chapati.
