Crispy Corn Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup sweet corn kernels fresh
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons rice flour
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
Instructions
- Boil the corn kernels for 3-4 minutes until they become slightly tender. Then, transfer them to a strainer to drain the excess water from corn kernels.
- Now, take a wide bowl, add corn kernels, 1 teaspoon of red chili powder and 1 teaspoon of chaat masala to it. Mix it well.
- Then, add 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons of rice flour and salt to taste it.
- Mix it well. Here you can also add pepper powder.
- Now, Heat the oil for deep frying corn. Drop them in oil and fry on medium flame, until they become crispy.
- Then transfer them to a kitchen towel to soak excess oil.
- Serve hot crispy corn by garnishing it with coriander leaves and chopped onion.
