Crispy Corn is a crunchy snack recipe, perfect for morning or evening snack. It is prepared with sweet corn kernels coated with all-purpose flour and rice flour.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sweet corn kernels fresh
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons rice flour
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying

Instructions
 

  • Boil the corn kernels for 3-4 minutes until they become slightly tender. Then, transfer them to a strainer to drain the excess water from corn kernels.
  • Now, take a wide bowl, add corn kernels, 1 teaspoon of red chili powder and 1 teaspoon of chaat masala to it. Mix it well.
  • Then, add 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons of rice flour and salt to taste it.
  • Mix it well. Here you can also add pepper powder.
  • Now, Heat the oil for deep frying corn. Drop them in oil and fry on medium flame, until they become crispy.
  • Then transfer them to a kitchen towel to soak excess oil.
  • Serve hot crispy corn by garnishing it with coriander leaves and chopped onion.
