Rava dosa is a simple and quick breakfast recipe. It is crispy and delicious, that is prepared with rava and rice flour mixture combined with green chilies.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rava [semolina]
  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon curd
  • 5-6 garlic cloves
  • 2 green chilies
  • coriander leaves
  • salt to taste
  • oil

Instructions
 

  • Take half a cup of rava, half a cup of rice flour and 1/4 th cup of all-purpose flour in a bowl.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of curd and 2 cups of water to it. Rest it for around 20 minutes.
  • Now, add 1 teaspoon of crushed garlic cloves, 2 finely chopped green chilies and coriander leaves to it. Also, add salt to taste.
  • Mix it well. The consistency of the batter should be pourable and watery like dosa batter. Add half a cup of water if required.
  • Heat a pan. Grease it with oil and pour a ladle full of batter on it. While pouring the batter on the pan, start with the edges and then add in the center.
  • Add a few drops of oil to it and cook it on medium flame. Once the rava dosa edges start to leave the pan, flip it. And roast it from both sides.
  • Make all the rava dosas as above and serve hot crispy rava dosa with coconut chutney.
